Services
Whether it's from a busted water pipe, sewage backup or flooding, water damage can wreak havoc on your property if not addressed immediately. While you likely already know the importance of proper water mitigation following a water loss, there's still a lot that may surprise you about water damage situations.
S. Allen & Sons DKI can restore a fire damaged structure to its original pre-loss condition. A fire can be a traumatic experience to any home or business owner. Not only is there the inherent danger of the flames as they destroy a home or facility, but there are also the after-effects of soot, debris, odor, smoke and structural damage.
Let's face it: The weather is unpredictable -- you never know when a severe thunderstorm or other natural disaster is going to blow through town. But, when it does, storm damage happens fast -- gusting winds knock down structures, hail damages roofs, lightning strikes, debris flies into buildings, torrential rain floods offices, etc.
How do you know whether or not you have a mold problem? If it's not visible and obvious, a musty smell or the peeling, bubbling or discoloration of drywall and wallpaper all serve as warning signs. If you have an allergy issue i.e. Since mold needs moisture to grow, areas of the home that are damp or have flooded in the past are highly susceptible to mold growth.

Report
My insurance company has approved partial coverage for a leaking roof weeks ago. It is almost 4 months since the process began. I am waiting for a start date, there is no contact unless I call, with little success at getting information on when this nightmare ends. Every week adds thousands of dollars of interior damage (that is not covered), but the insurance says S. Allen & Sons are handling it. I am a senior, just left to wait and worry.
