The Saltos Gymnastics Club, previously known as Humber Tumblers, was incorporated in 1984. Saltos is a not-for-profit organization that is governed by a volunteer board of directors and operated by a dedicated team of administrative and coaching staff. Throughout the years, the Saltos Gymnastics Club, has grown in size and programming.
Today we offer competitive programming in men's and women's gymnastics, trampoline and cheer. And we are proud to offer a variety of recreational programming for toddlers all the way to adults. Our gymnastics facility boasts over 10,000 square feet of gymnastics fun!

Services
Parent and tots explore the gym at their own pace. There will be a coach in the gym to provide feedback and guidance however this is not a structured class. Parents assist their child through a coach guided rotation. This class is structured and hands on and allows the child to experience all the apparatuses in the gym.
Our recreation programs are designed to be fun, yet challenging. Basic gymnastics skills are taught on all apparatus providing a strong base of functional movements that enhances balance, coordination, strength, and flexibility. Classes begin with a group warm-up and stretch, followed by structured time on each apparatus depending on the program.
For athletes on the autism spectrum. This is a free play class where parents or caretakers can bring the athlete throughout the gym. This program is for teenagers who want to try gymnastics for the first time or continue to improve their gymnastics skills. Gymnastics isn't just for youngsters; it's for the young at heart.
We are excited to announce that Saltos will be offering a 9 week Summer Activity Camp in 2021! Due to public health guidelines, space is limited! Saltos Gymnastics Club is working hard to deliver a safe and fun summer program, while adhering to provincial public health guidelines. Hat, Sunglasses & appropriate outdoor footwear (no flip flops for outside play) & sunscreen.
