TJ Smith gave us a very inaccurate and incomplete home inspection which. caused us to have to spend thousands of dollars to fix things he never reported or told us about that are covered in all home inspections. I would warn all home buyers not to use this home inspector. I would hate to see another person have to spend over $20 000 to fix things TJ Smith the “home inspector” fails to report or tell you about or mislead you on how serious the problem is.

We are real estate investors for over 10+ years and lately we have been focusing on small town communities. We have used home inspectors in more than several buys and by far the most comprehensive inspection and thorough report we have experienced has been with All Out Inspection with the team of TJ and Nolan. This is a company that really cares about being meticulous and does not sugar coat anything which is what a real estate investor loves to hear. We hired all out home inspections for our first home and they were fantastic. He replied immediately to my inquiry and was upfront on what all was included as well as pricing. They arrived on time and promptly got to work. TJ was very helpful and answered all of our questions and also explained everything in a way that was easy for us to understand but wasn't condescending. The final report was super easy to read and had clear pictures that indicated where the problems were as well as helpful guides on how to remedy them. If we ever need another inspection we will absolutely hire them again!

TJ and Nolan were very friendly and extremely helpful! They performed a home, WETT and septic inspection and explained their findings in simple terms with pictures and recommendations. TJ gave us a ton of extra advice on how to maintain and repair certain aspects of the home and even took the time to call one of his associates for a quote on heating installation.

I was very impressed with the service provided by TJ. I have purchased a number of houses and he was by far the best inspector I have used. Even though the house I purchased had been inspected by others, he reported on important issues not addressed by in the previous inspections. He was professional, prompt and knowledgeable. I recommend him highly.
