The Company's founder and principal, Pierre Beaucage Jr., began in 2003 as a sole proprietor company which later began corporation in 2007; with the mission to become a full-service General Contractor that could Design, Build, Finance, Lease, Equip and Manage anything that can be built.
For nearly 50 years, the Beaucage name in construction has stood for quality, integrity, and progress. Pete has followed the steps of his father and grandfather and is dedicated to superior workmanship and a commitment to service. Over the past 18 years, Praztek Construction has gown to include professionals skilled in design and construction management who together represent over 100 years of construction experience.

Project completed under P3 arrangements offer potential overall cost savings, design. Our in house designer will work with you every step of the way to ensure your enviroment will capture the ultimate in style, function, and quality.
Praztek Construction will work with you every step of the way to ensure the client gains control with the design, budget and timeline. The Design-Build method will avoid confusion, lengthily timelines. Will reduce risk and unnecessary stress from the beginning of the project to the end that is in other project delivery methods.
