We transferred to Clancy's Drug Store just over a year ago and have never been happier with the service we have received. They are professional and very thorough and definitelygo above and beyond. Never a problem getting our perscriptions and always are there to answer any questions we have. The preparation of our vacation supply of medications was done without any problems and was ready on the date we wanted. We can always depend on them and their pharmacy for the excellent customer service.

I love this pharmacy so much! The customer service goes above and beyond and they will deliver locally for free which is a huge life saver on the days you can’t get out! So happy with this pharmacy. I was really heartbroken to leave my last one when we moved but this whole experience has been fantastic!! Highly recommend

So impressed by this place! I've been going to Clancy's 8 months now and I'll never go back to another box store again. Samantha is by far the most professional, knowledgeable and caring pharmacist I've ever come across. She even handles our beloved dog's anti-seizure medications and at fair price which I really appreciate. They also deliver and l often ask for few extras items along with my prescriptions (Advil, soap, vitamins, toothpaste), no problem! I just heard they now have an online ordering system. Looking forward to trying. Their newly renovation store is stunning! I'll never go anywhere

I went to Clancy’s looking for information on my prescriptions. I had difficulty getting the answers I needed from the pharmacy that I was dealing with and the team at Clancy’s had no problem helping me. They helped me out even though I was not a customer with them, and I transferred my file to Clancy’s that day. It is a real pleasure dealing with them. They take the time to answer your questions and make you feel welcome. Unlike the bigger pharmacies were you take a number and wait until your number if called....

Clancy's Drug Store is an excellent pharmacy and I would definitely recommend it. This summer I did my co-op placement here for a learning opportunity in partnership with my high school and I was able to see first hand what amazing service they provide. Clancy's is the best pharmacy in Arnprior hands down! In addition to being friendly, the staff are extremely competent and diligent which is important to me. My medications are always done correctly without the errors that I've experienced elsewhere. Samantha (Sam) collaborated with my doctors and helped me achieve a combination and schedule of medications that has significantly improved my overall quality of life.
