Haven't had anything else done here other than oil and tires. This time I had to get my tires swapped urgently since my winters had a nail in it. Had work the whole day and it was the long weekend so was even more stressed out. HOWEVER, Ali was able to get my tires swapped on the spot without an appointment in less than 20 minutes. Was expecting to have to drop my car off before they opened and leave a note and uber to work and back but he saved me time and money in addition to a sick deal. Ali is the guy..... I called first and this guy told me to come in and they will have a look. Came in today they check the leak on my car. And I was told no leak just minor sweat which is normal for an old car. But he made sure it's safe and I have nothing to worry. Previous shop I went to quoted me $500 and I dont even need any repair. I highly recommend this shop. It's very rare to find an honest automotive shop and I think I just found one. I literally paid less from the other shop I brought my car for to check for leaks. They replaced my bushing for $40 bucks plus $20 labour. I paid $80 just

Ali at Matrix Auto and New West Tire (right next door) provided me phenomenal service when I went in to purchase tires. He was able to get me booked in on very short notice and helped me purchase the exact tires I was looking for. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get a new set of tires put on, or for any other general repairs you may have.

Took vehicle in for a brake job and am very happy with work completed. Brakes work great, fixed the code issue with ABS, cleaned and painted rust spots and all at a really great price. Great service and will definitely bring future repairs here.

Super friendly and helpful. They didn't treat me like a girl who knows nothing about cars. I totally appreciate that. They were able to take me right away and fix my brake light problem as well as my turn signal issue. Totally reasonable price and I got a great deal on tires as well.

I have been referred to Matrix team through a friend of mine. I went there for some brakes work. I met Mr. Navid and His tech. Hamid and they managed to get me the brake parts in almost 30 minutes and started the job. They had a quick look on the car and found that my drive belt was badly cracked. They managed to get the belt after getting my repair consent and managed to get everything done in about 90 minutes!!! I am very happy with their service, speed and efficiency. Even when they were purchasing the parts, they got for me good parts with competitive price, which for me reflects their integrity
