I am a Superintendent to a large apartment building. I have used RatLab for over 12 years. I have used others when told to and everytime go back to RatLab. Success everytime. Their technicians are fantastic. Dan is my technician and he is absolutely amazing. He is always there when I need him, he returns my calls in a very timely manner. He is very knowledgeable, professional, my tenants , and I love him. I highly recommend him and RatLab for any pest problems you may have.

I had a terrible time and first time with a bed bug problem.Rat Lab is the best company Ive ever seen who will make sure the problem you have is taken care of no matter how long it takes.Alot of people think this can be solved in a few spray but that is not always the case.It took 4 months for me to be rid of it.Some companies will only cover a few… sprays and leave you with them even if you still have them but not RatLab.It maybe more money to pay out but it is so well worth youre money.Employees are great and especially Jackie.She is the best!!!.Never worry about this company just wanting

I have used RATLAB for the past year in our Town Home Complex, and results have been amazing. Prior to the arrival of RATLAB we had been using another Company and never seemed to advance in getting rid of the issues. Then we changed to RATLAB and within no time our tenants were happy that their problems had disappeared. RATLAB`S customer service is abundant, but the problem solving is exceptional.
