Dr. McLeod was extremely rushed and rude, trying to get through us so fast. I've never seen a doctor speak so fast, she has no patience and is not attentive at all. Just before I was leaving, I was gonna ask her a question but she just turned around and walked away. Nonetheless, the other staff was great.

Exceptional Service! Eye-Exam was thorough and used newer technology and machines. The optometrist was very friendly, attentive and took the time to understand my specific requirements.
If that wasn't already great, the aftersales service is the best I've ever had! I had multiple issues with my eyes adapting to different lenses and they were completely understanding and went above and beyond to solve the problem at no cost to me.

Everyone here is always helpful and pleasant. They take the time to discuss options and explain things. They have adjusted my glasses several times at no charge even though it was entirely my fault they got bent. When I broke my frames they were able to get me an inexpensive pair and cut down the lenses to fit. Definitely going to get a second pair here.

My appointment experience was awesome from the time I entered the office and was so warmly greeted.
Dr. Elkin was thorough, pleasant and very professional. It was great to meet Dr. Brown briefly at the counter.
All in all, a wonderful enlightened experience!

I am writing this review to express my appreciation for Dr. Brown and his standard of professionalism towards my family's eye care. With our eye examinations, Dr. Brown did a thorough search and gave detailed, easy-to-understand explanation of his findings. Our young one was very comfortable with the visit as well. I would highly recommend him.

I loved my experience at Dr. Brown's practice. The staff are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Dr. Brown is personable, and used each opportunity of explanation, to educate me, on what he was assessing, etc.
Mrs. Heidi Peddle assisted me to find glasses that not only suited my face, but my lifestyle, I appreciated her assistance and direction immensely, as I'm not particularly patient, nor am I fashionably knowledgeable about eyewear. I've received many compliments on my glasses, thanks to her expertise. I enjoyed the experience and am pleased, to frequently recommend their services to friends
