Ron Saunders started his career working for Culligans. Having the forward vision to see the importance and demand for water treatment, he made the decision to create and open his own business to meet the needs of his community. As the years progressed, we settled in using more and more of the PURIFINER PRODUCTS (made by Erie manufacturing).

We moved to this area 3 years ago and were completely unfamiliar with water softener systems. We thought that as long as you added the salt pellets and cleaned out the canister once a year, it should be fine. Jeff came from Nepean, about an hour away, to service our system that had stopped working and taught us the proper way of maintaining it, all at a very affordable price. I wanted to extend a sincere thank you to Jeff. Our Water Softener completely seized up and started making a terrible grinding noise. He responded super quickly over the phone and accurately identified the problem. He came out and serviced the water softener on Christmas Eve which was completely unexpected and appreciated. The cost to repair the softener was very reasonable and he saved us from having to spend thousands on a replacement. Thanks a million for your professionalism and excellent service!

Excellent work from Jeff at The Water Purifiner. We've had smelly hot water since we moved into our home about 2 years ago. Jeff came out and completed some water tests and determined we had higher than normal iron in our water which gives a rotten egg smell after a chemical reaction to the anode in the water heater. He recommended and fully installed a single tank (AIOB) with an iron/sulpher filter to remove the iron this solved our problem. We now have no smell at all and the system works great.

I highly recommend the Water Purifiner! We moved into our house a year ago and have had nothing but issues with all things related to our water systems. Jeff came in November 2020 and tested our water, he gave us all our options to fix our issues and made recommendations based on what was important and affordable to us.
