When I realized what must have happened, I phoned the dispatcher on Monday morning. Within an hour, she called to say that the driver had the book and that he would return it when in the area.

Called 2 weeks before our time of travel, confirmed the week before as well. Day of travel, had to call the company to find out where our car was because the driver hadn’t shown at the time arranged….FLAT TIRE, no call to let us know, we had to call… and oh sorry you’ll have to call a local cab company. I’ll never ever recommend this place. Had to scramble very last minute get to the airport from Pickering.

Had issue with Uber at Person airport, decided to grab a cab instead.
Airflight vehicle very clean, very friendly driver, very reasonable rate. It's was actually cheaper than Uber. I have taken Uber twice from airport to my condo and have been more expensive, not friendly or clean vehicle.
Booking for pickup very easy to do. They where waiting for me instead me waiting for a Uber.
My son experience the same great service. This will be our go to taxi services.

Terrible company who's sole aim is to rip its customers off. I have had multiple experiences with their "flat rate" but the one that took the cake was last week when I arrived at 3am and went to a hotel 12 minutes away, no traffic on the way, and the driver insisted on charging me $45. They think they can take advantage of the lack of competition.

Terminal 3 my turn came for a taxi.
Had such bad experience
We travel all the time always take taxi back & forth to airport
My husband asked the driver (I was going to said gentlemen but he was not)
How much was the flat charge
Omg he started to lecture us about rate
All the way
Told him our address
He keep asking if north or south of a street
. he keeps saying if north is 1 price if south other
I told him please use gps I will pay whatever he keeping on arguing all the way at one point I told him to please just drive

These are mostly East Indian Drivers from Brampton,who are very rude,arrogant,can’t speak English properly,keep harassing customers for tips at the end of the journey,I have many times used their services,it is really bad,at the end,if you do not tip them,they remove your luggage from the trunk & throw it on the pavement,these so called drivers are highly dangerous,not save to use them. At the end of it Thank God we have Uber,they are doing great service at Pearson Airport for passengers

I took an airport limo from air flight services and one of their drivers swore at me in Punjabi merely because I wouldn't give him a tip. Little did he know that I am mixed, and understood everything he said. He then opened the trunk and forcefully told me to get my luggage when he had no issue putting my luggage in there in the first place. However, upon not receiving a tip he decided that being rude and uncouth was appropriate customer service. Tips shouldn't be demanded they should be earned. I am very disappointed in such services by Pearson airport, and I have received better services

I took the airport taxi last Saturday, Sept 30th in between 7-8pm from the airport straight to my friends' wedding reception.
Unfortunately, I was brought to the same address 3090 Steeles Ave. West but in Vaughan location and not in Milton. The driver then called someone and told them I made a mistake in giving him the wrong address. I was super apologetic because he was firm that I didn't tell him it's in Milton.
But I know, and I remember telling him "Milton Banquet and Conference (hall or something)". I said Milton more than once because I wanted to know how much because

When I entered the cab at Pearson I provided the driver with a residential address in Etobicoke. He said he didn't know where that was. He asked me to call and get him the closest intersection, which I provided. He still didn't know where. He had a GPS but pulled out his map book and could not find the address. I took the book from him and found it. He then drove like a near maniac and stopped down the street from where I needed to go and told me I could walk the rest of the way. What a wierdo. And it cost $34!!! I get better service from the city bus.

I had very bad experience with AirFlight Limousine service in Toronto. The driver was very unfriendly and surly. After starting out on our trip to the airport which costs $51 (26 kms) from our house, we forgot something and had to go back. We were a few blocks from the house. He charged us $24 extra???? Do Not Use.

Absolute garbage. The only taxi service available at Pearson and all fairs are a minimum $21.
I literally went 3 minutes to the Marriott Hotel and was charged $21. When I asked the driver how the fare could be $21, he was extremely rude and said it's my responsibility to ask for the fare before I get in the taxi.
Never again.

Best price limo from Pearson YYZ
Only started using this Town Car service to and fro from Pearson Aiirport (YYZ). Car is clean. Driver is courteous and did not gripe about the 2 hr traffic jam on the QEW.
$53 flat plus tips to downtown is the best price.
Stay tuned as I will use this a few times for more info.
