Hired to create an extensive patio and waterfall. Young crew was here all week and created the path (with the wrong material) and last day quickly threw together the waterfall and dumped leftover rocks beside it and called it a day. This was at the end of the season in2020 . I contacted Ross and he came by in the new year and admitted they used the wrong material on the pathway. I also questioned "his boys" regarding the waterfall and after that Ross wrote us a small cheque and said that it seemed we were looking for professional landscapers and he absolved himself from fixing all our issues. Very expensive. Fire wood 1/4 cord (so they say?), $125.00... paid $80 last year, told the person assisting us the price went up significantly during the pandemic, she told me I was wrong, cause as long as she has been working there it was always $125. Got home check my credit card statement online...I paid $80 in August of 2020? Not cool!

Disappointed with the follow through with Battle River Landscaping. We started working on a plan with Ross a few weeks ago. The plan was awesome. He’s got great options and ideas. Made an appointment for Ross to look at the backyard to talk about options. It was no show or phone call. We followed up and he Said things got busy in the yard and we rebooked another appointment. We were very excited about getting this started. Second appointment Ross didn’t show or call. I called and spoke to a girl at the front desk explaining she was just going to call us (5 hours after the fact). I understand
