Charlotte County Refrigeration designs, supplies, installs and services refrigeration and HVAC equipment in industrial, commercial and residential applications. Check your air source heat pumps for ice build up on the out door units due to the weather we are experiencing. Clear the ice off of the top of the unit.
If there is ice on the fins of the coil, pour warm water from a bucket down the sides until gone. This is important especially if your power has been off for a while as the fan could freeze in place creating a problem at restart. Be sure to leave your phone number as well and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We had Charlotte Co. come in to resolve issues caused by another company. John from Charlotte County gave us specific instructions to keep our unit running properly when the other company abandoned us on Christmas Eve, a month after installation. John came multiple times to fix our issue with the heat pump and we had him return to install a new motor on an older pump in need of repair. John was friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. Wish we’d had Charlotte County install the new pumps in the first place.
