What an attitude that lady I spoke with gave me. No customer service at all. Why do you want to know when I moved in the house, who I’m dealing with before, “is there snow in the property” when you know theres a snow storm happening right now, have you guys been here before, etc. Isn’t it, I give you an address, you send a truck to pump out the septic and I pay for the service. It doesn’t mean I called and I am at your mercy. Remember there’s lots of other companies out there. Not only you….so drop the attitude lady.
