He lied to us and said Osburn wood stoves are built in Abbotsford , they are built in Quebec by SBI who build several differant brand names ,and said we had to buy a whole new flex chimney even after we told him our chimney was fire brick lined and told by a real licensed inspector our chimney is to code. He is a real talker and way over priced and does not want to do anything to help you unless you buy from him.he tried to sell us a wood burning stove way to small for our house

Great service, went to the other fireplace store in town and they told me i could not replace the garbage fireplace i had in my home, westcoast told me it was no problem and had a great product in in weeks that i am so very happy with .
