Horrible service; Old man should be put in a home. He was so rude because we didn't know the model number of our fireplace door. Just needed a replacement gasket he made us bring the door to him and still couldn't help. Through a piece at my husband and said this is what I have but wasn't willing to ensure it was the right size. Also criticized us for not using the right size originally...my first wood stove. Left anger and went to Alternatives. In and out within 10 mins with the right size gasket and a little more knowledge. Don't waste your time going to squires the service is outdated.
