If I could give 0 stars I would. The sales rep “Ali” was quite unprofessional from the start, made me feel like an inconvenience when I was looking at a Nissan he was selling, didn’t even want to pull it out of the showroom so I could test drive it. Looked at a few other cars and decided I would move forward with the Nissan if the test drive went well. Made an appointment and told him I would pay cash if all goes well. The night before my appointment tells me someone else is buying the car. So I moved on and found something else. He texts me the next day saying “looks like their financing

Buying a car for the first time can be a bit challenging but I had the best experience at Automania! The entire process was faster than I could've imagined and most definetly smoother than I imagined. SCOTT MCRAE is the guy to see! That man was so helpful and understanding throughout and not only did he sell me the car but he was able to help me get my insurance as well; which was hard, considering the fact that I was a new driver with a G2 License. Been looking for a great dealership to purchase a car for a while till I stumbled upon Automania. Read reviews on google which raised my eyebrows for a second, because it seemed too good to be true. Upon arrival at the Steeles location I met with Jerry. Exceptional man might I add. Down to earth, helpful in every way. He lived up to every word he said and helped me finally get the car I wanted.
