I would give this a zero if I could. We went in to buy a bed and the sales person would only talk with my husband. I was ignored for the most part. We landed up buying a bed, but the bed we got, we are both pretty sure, is not the bed we tested. It sags in the centre and we roll into the middle. There is zero support and we bought the bed with individual coils yet we feel each other move. I wonder if this is a "restored" hotel mattress. Their receipt says "No warranty, no exchanges, no returns or no refunds!" So buyer beware! We are getting rid of this bed and will be going to a more reputable

I would recommend mattress plaza to all my family and friends to purchase their mattress at this location. The service is amazing. sales guy was so helpful and knowledgeable.Very good experience! Very helpful with answering all the questions I had. Highly recommend! Most of all was very impressed with how they took the time to explain everything and go through a lots of beds before I finally settled on a bed. They didn't push me to get anything that I didn't want either! best place to buy affordable and great quality bed at very reasonable prices

Absolutely 100% the greatest Customer Service I have had yet, very informative and so helpful. When ever I need a new mattress I know where to go! Awesome quality mattresses at very reasonable prices, Delivery was timely and Gentleman was pleasant and quick to help . I went to look for new mattresses for our new home we just bought and found out mattresses are so expensive everywhere so one of the friends recommended Mattress Plaza , so we went there and found great deals on mattresses and excellent customer service. Fantastic service. The man at the desk was knowledgeable and very helpful. We got a much better mattress than we expected it for our budget. Knowledgeable and friendly staff and the best prices I have seen. Great service, and amazing deals on mattresses. Very helpful with the selection as well. Will definitely go back!!
