Ron was professional and kind. He was quick to communicate and very fortunately quick to accommodate our need for an appraisal.

I hired Ron to conduct a detailed appraisal of an island property for current values as well as values for previous years as far back as the mid 1980s. This amount of detail was required for tax purposes on an estate. Ron was very easy to communicate with, very clearly experienced in this work and his report was provided quickly and was very detailed. This person breezed through my property in ten minutes and didn't even enter the second house which is part of the property. How can you give a detailed appraisal without viewing the entire property? Just like the other person leaving a review here, I also would suggest you hire someone else.
