Booked a short 5-night stay, but the site was so well-kept, clean, comfortable, and friendly that we extended to three weeks. Excellent views, dog area just outside the RV park, beach on Tucelnuit Lake, and excellent weather for our stay (light breeze most nights). Host and hostess very professional and friendly, no noisy parties, highly recommended.

We just spent 5 wonderful days at Desert Lake. The campsite was so clean and quiet. By the looks of the spotless bathrooms and beautiful flowers the campsite managers Kent and Candice work extremely hard to make the campsite attractive and welcoming to visitors. Thanks again for being so welcoming I'd highly recommend this place to everyone!

I called to book a spot this year and was told they have no public washrooms because of the pandemic ??? What ??? I think it’s just because they don’t want to do their job! Restaurants and other public places opening have access to washrooms. I have never heard of anything so ridiculous especially in a campground ! But we did find another campground right beside them and washrooms are open ! !!

We were excited about our camping trip to the south Okanagan to get away from the people in the city, unwind , relax this place was peaceful at first but within 4 hours we had a visitor from the park she was very talkative and greeted us with her cat, that was walked daily. We learned a lot about her, she felt comfortable ( I guess )to tell us her life story.. She seemed nice and we listened, the next day there she is again her and her cat then again..... She told us more then we needed to know .We all have life’s, but this one liked to talk and seemed lonely. On day 4 we had heard enough and

This is by no means a majestic resort, it is a trailer park. It is packed in, dusty and lacks privacy. The website and information from the resort was completely misleading. The site we got we couldn’t even park out truck at. The owner was more concerned about keeping our deposit than customer satisfaction. The manager even admitted they don’t return deposits because often people come and see the site they booked and want to leave. If you want to stay at a nice park go somewhere else. If you want to stay at a sardine can TRAILER PARK then consider this. By no means majestic, that’s a laugh

Could not have asked for better people to work there!! Noticed our toy haulers flat tire on the way in, helped us get into our spot, called ahead to the local tire shop, get our tire off (along with help from our RV neighbor too) and took us over to the shop to be sure we got there before they closed... the tire could not be repaired but they did have a reasonablely priced replacement. Excelent service!! And it is a beautiful place too... only wish we would have had more time to stay.

Got lucky with this place. We were looking for a place to stay and they had one site remaining. Backed our RV right up to the lake. Very peaceful RV park as it is mainly seniors. Most sites are permanent.
They have a tv room with library and puzzles. Showers were $2.00 and there is no timer.
Not the best area if you like to walk a bike would be more useful.
