Great friendly service! I felt confident in that they staff knew what they were doing and they provided me all the information i needed. I would highly reccomend them! I inherited two vehicles and had been greatly dreading having to take them in to get serviced. Thanks to Ken, Ernie and their helpers, it turned out to be a pleasant experience.

My car broke down while I was out of my home province and it needed a new water pump. No one in the area was accepting my car because it was European made. South End offered to take a look at the car, found the problem, fixed it and got me back on the road in under their predicted time frame. I followed up with my regular service shop which confirmed all of their repairs were top notch! Absolutely superb customer service!

Awesome Service! We pulled up with break issues right as they were closing on a Friday evening. When they heard we were from out of town and had just had our brakes replaced elsewhere they quickly offered to check them out to make sure we were safe.. They then spent an hour after their normal closing time to fix everything and get us on our way. TOP NOTCH service and awesome people! Thanks again!

I've been to this business many times at both locations and have been pleased. I find they truly care about their customers.
As a person who knows very little about mechanics
I appreciate having a repair shop that is honest and only does the necessary work .. this business is that way. I have an older SUV that I keep in town for when I am here and so I only want to do the basics to keep it running .... just took it to South End and they only did the required work .. they told me there was another related issue but that it did not need doing if I was not driving it in winter

The first time I stopped in to South End Service was an evening last week for a tire change on my truck.A front tire sidewall was bulging badly and was unsafe to drive on and I had a forty mile drive ahead to get back home. The shop had actually closed for the day but the owner welcomed me and said it was no problem and they were happy to help.Ernie, Ken and John went that proverbial extra mile to help me out of a jam and that quality of service is rare these days.Stand up guys and great service,thanks!

Quality of their service is excellent they have been on top of everything excellent in the expertise helped me through alot with my vehicle since day 1 that has been 6 mths of complete care and I would so recommend that this is the shop where people should go for help when they need good service these guys are the best forever grateful with these men .
