It was such a pleasure working with Gord. My husband lost his fob for his car and the back up was not working so good. Gord was accommodating with time frames to meet up to program his car because he travels with his job. Deposit paid and Gord came the day that was arranged. I contacted Al & Gord's Mobile Lock & Key this morning from the "write us" option in their Contact Us section on their website. I received a text response within minutes. I provided the details of what my issue was and what I wanted done. I received a quote along with the ability to have same day service within an hour. I am older and disabled so I needed more time than that hour and asked for a stated later hour. The immediate response was no problem, Ryan would be at my home at 12 noon.
