I can't say enough about Fitz, Mario and our overall experience. Fitz gave us all the advice we needed to make sure we created the right opening and platform for our stairs. Extremely dissatisfied with this company. Decided to give this shop a try for our new railings we needed for our small business. I was promised delivery within a couple of weeks, three max. I never got called after two weeks so decided to call them instead. I was told that one of the two railings was ready for pick up BUT they had either misplaced or forgot to order a top cap for the railing set. I decided to give them a couple of days extra to get it all in order for me as the second railing was no where close to being finished. I called back a week later since they failed to call me once more
