10/10 Experience. They fixed my truck after my wife hit a moose. Very professional, courteous, and called to give me updates as to the timeline when I would get my truck back. Highly recommend Russ’ Body Shop. Tracy at the front was excellent to deal with.

Asked and asked and asked for a full quote as to what would make my truck road worthy.. Door handles, locks, seat belts, etc. The necessary to make it driveable. They gave excuse after excuse. Snow, time, blah blah blah. Now as I have no way back up north and was forced south by my abusive ex kidnapping my son. They are claiming my vehicle abandoned and I have no way to remedy this. Horrible horrible shop. Do not recommend. Do not use them. Worst service I have ever had from a shop. Verbally abusive on the phone. Took advantage of me being a young female in a tight spot and a single broke mom.

I'm driving through Dawson Creek when... I spotted that my SUV had a body panel dangling loose below the front grille. I called Russ' and they said to bring it by for a quick check. They checked it and secured the panel so I could continue my trip. Wow - I'm so grateful to have found such great helpful folks!
