The owner Crystal has such a huge heart and beautiful soul !! I was having an allergic reaction to some eyelashes that were applied from another company. She rushed me in for a removal and was so gentle and sweet the entire time- A true life saver. While talking to her I could really tell she has such a deep passion and respect for her job, employees, and her customers ! Nanaimo is so lucky to have Divine glow tanning and Crystal !!! 5 stars are not enough.

Been going to the "Glow" for about 3 months, absolutely love it!. Price(s) are designed to fit anyones budget. Up to date equipment that is well maintained and very sanitary. I love the design and the atmosphere is so upbeat and friendly. Ashley (most beautiful fingernails ever!) treats me on a one to one personalized basis to see that I get the best results and as well to keep me safe. Super friendly & knowledgable staff!! They always go the extra mile to accommodate a short notice appt or share info or make my visit memorable in some way. I've worked in many spas and the tanning beds (bulbs) are good quality and effective! The tanning rooms, beds, and bathroom are always clean & tidy too

I found this place last year, when I was looking for tanning salons in Nanaimo and love it. The prices are very reasonable and they have a variety of tanning packages available. The beds are always clean and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve never had a problem getting in, whether it be walking in or calling a few minutes before hand. Plus, it’s in a nice location in the Old City Quarter!

I have been going to Divine Glow for about 4years.I love it.All the staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable about all of the tanning products that they sell.Very good prices on packages.Would recommend this place to anyone looking to get a good long lasting tan. Great location, fun, friendly staff, always accommodating my drop in needs. Very clean, and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend tanning here...and they're going to start doing eyelashes!! Exciting!!

Tanned here for 4 months, plus sat outside in the summer, and still lost my tan! Now at another salon for only 3 days and am tanned again. They never change their bulbs! Can't book an appointment for the following week till the Friday before and then for only 2 days? Really? To make it fair for everyone they said. Sorry but I paid as well as other people so want to come in when I want to not when they say I can. Very poorly run, and the bulbs are never changed even though it was busy the whole 4 months that I was there would never go back, so bottom line SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I got a serious fungal infection from the tanning beds here, the cleanliness standard is at an ultimate low. I've contacted the health board and hopefully this place is shut down indefinitely. You can see when you look right at the beds that they aren't cleaned, there's dust on every surface and dirty hand prints on the walls. The lotion I purchased I came to find out was actually expired months before the day of purchase. I'm confused as to how this place is in business

Always willing to accommodate to your schedule and happy to answer any questions you have about tanning and teeth whitening. Check out the hudration station! You will not regret.
