BEWARE.... I just bought 2 regular depth box springs and found out they would not fit down my stairway. I phoned the store and asked if I could return them for low profile box springs. They refuse to exchange even though they are still in their original plastic wrapping. But they said they would sell me the low profile ones at their cost. What a load of crap. $210 down the drain. I will never set foot in that store again and I will tell everyone looking for a new mattress to think twice before before giving this store any business.
