F-M was great to work with. Came out quickly to assess roof damage from a fallen tree branch. Put a temporary fix up, worked with our insurance company and completed permanent repair. All done timely and professionally!

I had a small roof repair that needed to be done. I couldn't get other roofing companies to even call me back let alone come out and fix it. I contacted FM Exteriors and was pleasantly surprised to find that not only were they interested in the job, they treated me like it was a big job and very important to their company. Their communication was excellent, letting me know when the crew would arrive and following up afterwards. The repair was completed on time at a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to use them again, and recommend them to friends and family.

For the second time in 3 year FM Exteriors and Remodeling repaired my roof/siding after a storm. Of all the companies I have dealt with when it comes to repairs, this company is the best. They are honest, stand by their work and if work isn't done to your satisfaction they come back and make sure it is done right, no questions asked. They have great customer service and employ professional and customer service oriented people from the office staff, sales people to the repair workers. I worked with Darren and Nate and lots of nice people in the office. I would not even question working with them

I hired FM Exteriors to replace the roof on my mothers trailer home in Illinois. From the moment I called them for an estimate to the time the job was finished they were efficient, on time, the quality of work done was impressive and they left everything looking neat and tidy when they were done. I worked through Doug Myers at FM Exteriors. Doug was courteous, professional, and friendly throughout the entire transaction. Doug worked with me on the various options. I never felt pressured to buy anything extra. Because our house was being sold, we had an urgency to complete the roof as soon as possible.
