We ask for 18”high toilet and we got 16 1/2” we noticed after the installation the price of this toilet was double same toilet at Home Depot both American Standard and 2 inch higher. We called them and they said that we agreed over the phone. Yes, but $660. Compared to $325. For the same toilet. THAT STILLING. THEY SAID WE ARE STUCK WITH IT. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY ONE.

We hade a agreement over the phone for 18" high toilet. They installed a 16" with out telling us. Price for the toilet was $667.00 American standard, we found a18"
at Home Depot for $320.00 The installed. The same brand. When we called the about the situation. The said you have agreed over the phone and we don't deal with these companies because they are not good product. American standard is. An American standard doesn't matter where you buy it. SO NO GUARANTEE SERVICE.

Couldn't say anything better about these guys. Drove over 2 hrs to help us in a bind for a main line break. Called dozens of other plumbers for us to try and connect us with someone closer. Got here and completed the job with ease. Super nice guys. Would recommend to anyone!

Hello Plumber went above and beyond our expectations. We had a complicated well issue that they were able to resolve. They worked through rough outdoor conditions and even came on a weekend.
