This is home when you heli ski with CMH in Revelstoke. The rooms are smallish but comfortable, clean, and stylish. The location of this hotel is superb relative to downtown shopping, banks, and dining. The 112 restaurant inside the hotel offers delicious full course meals in a casual but elegant setting. The Cheers liquor store shares the same parking lot as the hotel, so you can wander over there and find something good to drink.

When you have a good meal and you give the waitress a tip and she comes back and gives it back and says did you mean to give me this low of a tip? You can just take it back. I thought you were paid to be here do be grateful you even got one? Tradesmen don't get tips and we don't ever ask for more!

Looked like this was once the best place to be in Revy and the nightlife is still there but the building is fated and a little rundown. I like the vibe because it reminds of a dive bar in my hometown but the water from the roof leaking our drinks was a bit of a turnoff.

Really amazing service from the front desk and they were able to have us check in early after my car unexpectedly didn’t start in Revelstoke and we had already checked out at our previous hotel. Truly cannot thank them enough.
Unfortunately it was very cold in our room - between 10-15 C. Even under two duvets we were freezing. The housekeeping staff member was nice enough to give us a space heater but it did not work. There’s only a small baseboard heater in the room and although it feels warm it just isn’t enough to heat the whole room because of how drafty the old building is. We also

Lovely full-service gem in Revelstoke BC. I dropped a personal item somewhere in the hotel. Staffer, Donna, hunted us down after we left. They mailed the item to us promptly along with an unanticipated and much-appreciated “bonus item.” Very nice rooms with reasonable pricing. Great pub and restaurant on site. We’ll go back sure sure! Thanks Donna!

I don't know if we got upgraded or what, but the side room in our suite was perfect for our kids. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great.
Very lively neighbourhood with night life. If we didn't have the kids with us we would have taken in a bit of it. Wasn't sure if I should be nervous about the car, turned out fine.

Something just felt off about this hotel. The room had no fridge or coffee machine. Coffee was unavailable during the day despite the room key holder clearly saying it was. Our room safe didn't work and the gentleman working the desk didn't offer a replacement solution or seem to care at all. The breakfast was decent and the location was prime.

It was okay. Check in is very late, 4pm, and check out is early. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet, which is what we needed for our single night. For the price you pay, youd expect a mini fridge in the room. The breakfast was nothing special - one sausage, some scrambled eggs, and some potatoe - red pepper roast that tasted off. No toast or cereal or anything like that offered. The restaurant has pretty good food, but the service was really lacking.

Stayed on the weekend and the hotel was a good place to stop off and catch some much needed sleep. Hotel staff was very friendly and our hostess for breakfast was very pleasant and brought the food out very quickly. Staff all adhered to Covid guidelines and made us feel at home.
The showers took a while to produce warm water and the A/C could be considered loud to some who are not used to have a louder A/C in their room, but rooms overall were clean and beds were comfortable.

My stay was not a pleasant experience. We chose this hotel thought it is a family friendly hotel. First thing first. It is very outdated hotel. It looks like they just sell the location and do not care about other things. There was no hot water in bathroom. You need to run the water forever to get a cold to warm water. Sink is in the room not in the bathroom! Air conditioner is very old and it is as noisy as a jet engine. So, get ready for a sleepless night. There is no coffee machine, there is no microwave, there is no mini fridge in the room. In 21st century are these essentials too much for

After a long day on the road, we felt very lucky that the Regeant had a room available. We didn't have a reservation, and the gentleman behind the front desk was very kind. We got a King Sized bed for a great rate.

We hadn't been here for years. The place had a huge remodel in 2011. It looks great. Even though there is a train track that goes through town, if you close the window, the train noise is at a minimum. The beds are sooo comfy. What a great place to stay. Highly recommended.

I stayed at this hotel for one night as part of a multi-day tour and was completely disappointed. At first look the room was decent and clean but the problems started after we came back from dinner.

The AC was delicate-if you moved the cord it would randomly turn on and off. The desk lamp didn't work because the knob was removed. The phone did not work - you can only dial extensions but couldn't use the presets like front desk, etc.

The worst part was the noise - it started at 10:30pm - loud, thumping, vibrating noise (they call it music). We had to depart the next day at 7am and had

Great night here
Asked for a king bed why it away from the bar and that's what we got, a beautiful room
Breakfast included the next morning was a buffet, it was superb. Fairly quiet, they came and took our order of scrambled eggs sausages hash browns, as well as unlimited cereal toast fruit and pastries
Service from the front desk as well as our server was terrific.

CMH Heli skiing runs a program through this hotel. You can purchase packages for 3-7 days of Heli skiing with accommodations & all meals included through them. The hotel itself was built in 1902 & has a quaint charm about it. It has been remodeled & the rooms are very comfortable & modern now. They kept some original fixtures around the hotel, like an old rotary dial phone & antique cash register, with photos around of how it looked when they first opened, I really like those touches. All of the meals they served were really good, I was impressed & wasn't expecting

Nicely remodeled hotel that retains the character of a historic hotel, but the rooms can be noisy due to thin walls and the trains across the street, and the bed was not that comfortable due to over sized pillows that ended up giving me a neck-ache. They do have an excellent breakfast and the rates are reasonable. I might stay here again but only in a room not facing the railway and if they offer down pillows.

Not impressed.

I was exhausted. I just wanted a room in a clean/non-scary hotel. And I needed a hotel that would accept dogs. (i had my 3 1/2 lb chihuahua with me) After finding a few hotels that accepted dogs, I checked them out and they looked like crack houses. I finally found this hotel and they accepted dogs. (YES!) The hotel itself is cute too, so with that, I went in and booked a room for the night.

There is a steakhouse and a pub housed on the main level. I didn't even think anything of it because it wasn't overly noisy. No big deal.

So i check in. Get my bags. Go up to

Great hotel with an awesome restaurant. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Right next to The Plaza - shops, restaurants, movie theatre, grocery store, and city information.
