Stayed only for 2 nights but loved it. The resort is meticulously maintained from landscaping, pool and the lots. Great location. Close to anything you would want to do or just relax in the quiet of the park. Had no problem with room for backing in a 40ft coach. Room on site for dolly and towed vehicle. Will be back next year for a couple weeks minimum. Can see summering here one day. Staff and residents were all friendly which gave immediate feeling of home. Can't wait to go back.

Great location close to all amenities. Not a lot of traffic noise. There is a little market within a 5 min. walk that has a lot of fruits, vegetables, milk, eggs, meat, etc. Not everything you might need but a ton of the essentials. All roads are paved. There is two shower rooms that are large and cost $1.00 for 8 min shower time. They have 24 laundry facilities open with 3 washers and 3 dryers. Washer/Dryer cost $2.25 each load. Dryer actually dries in that timeframe. 👍🏻 The office has laundry soap pods and a bounce sheet in a baggie for $1.00 as well. Office works on cash only basis for

So they have a uniquely snobby policy here, called to make a one night reservation and was told my vehicle was 'to old' as they have a 15 year policy. Find this more funny than anything but figured I would save you the time if you are in the same boat as the customer service of the owner was as expected from someone with such a policy. If you do have a vehicle that fits these standards have fun dealing with the Basil Fawlty of the North Okanagan camping scene.

Campsite is great, some permanent residents how ever are not, very entitled and complain about the littlest things. No lake access unless you go through the reeds. Hot tub closed but figured it was because of ash and fires happening.

This place is a beautiful location. A gem in the mountain valley. But do not allow its paradise like looks fool you. This place is not children friendly. If children spash in the pool they will be bullied by elderly vultures. I am shocked at how horrible and jail like this 5 star resort treats children and guests. Fun is not allowed in 38 to 50 degree weather. Post pandemic. Really disappointing to see such a beautiful location be ruined by misrible eldery bullys. I love and volunteer my time to the elderly regularly and have never experienced such mean people. Please do not bring your happy children

Went to the pool with my children yesterday. Kids were chewed alive for splashing. People should not attack children. Instead teach your misrible resistance to talk to parents instead.

Nice place on the lake, a short walk to the nice market that seems to carry a little of everything, the residents are political and picky, and seem to like to control their little world they live in.

My in laws were visiting us last summer (pre covid), brought there 5th wheel and parked at Swan Lake for a few weeks. It was nice, clean and comfortable. They said that they enjoyed their time there and would book again.

Great RV park! Super clean and well looked after! Except we want to thank the old lady in the pool with a sun hat that was riding her pool noodle an extra special thank you ! We are hopeful you found enjoyment and are less grumpy. We also want to thank the Santa looking dude that told our kid that was super cold (less than 7) that ran for the hot tub to warm that they weren’t allowed in. I truly hope your grandchildren want to come visit grumpy folks like yourself. I also want to thank you, we will now take our 100 plus K to another park. Great park! Some less than some desirable residents!
