Ordered a crane the first time. all went well and we paid the bill on the spot. Ordered a crane the second time and when it didn't show at the allotted time I called their office. I was told they were busy and had to sub our job to a different company. They had indicated Steve had called us about this and perhaps they did but failed to leave a message. Grand Valley Crane came out, did a reasonable job on Tuesday and when we attempted to pay him he said he would bill Aurora and left. We (Aurora Crane) had agreed on a price on the second lift and when the bill came in for well over the agreed price

We have to move our Deck 16×24 and we are very happy with the results, the Team was very competitive , this was our first experience with Aurora Crane, our rental experience was great Steve and his father was helful and very knowledgeable, we will be highly recommend to everyone we know looking for crane.

I would highly recommend using Aurora Crane. The crane operator helped us complete our project ahead of schedule. The operator was constantly concerned with job site safety, and their many years of experience made them an easy choice. The back office staff was also amazing throughout the process. Will use again!

I made an error with my original rating and Google wouldn't let me change it. Steve is going above and beyond during the busy holiday season to accommodate moving my building for me. Office staff is wonderful at this busy time of year as well. My apologies to Aurora Crane Services LTD for the error I made with my original post. I would highly recommend Steve; a true gentleman.

Not Pleased! This company is very difficult to deal with, they stated a charge "all in" per hour and then charged overages after the job was completed. They were provided the correct information when order was placed and admit to this yet made an error on their end, bringing incorrect equipment and requiring additional hours and equipment in order to complete the job and are now passing on these extra charges to the consumer. They have no one available to correct these extra charges and leave the consumer to pay for their mistakes. Do not use this company ! I would not reccomend them under any
