After dealing with severe back pain for a year due to recurring injuries, and trying out a couple of chiropractors, I decided to do some research and learn a bit about it. After my research, I wanted to pick a chiropractor that specializes in the diversified technique and has an evidence/test based approach. Dr. Jonathan Saunders' name came up during my search and after having an initial consult with him, I knew I had made the right choice. I made the switch to Dr. Adam Markew in the summer after having frozen shoulder on and off for years. From the minute I walked in I was welcomed by a great front counter staff who are so welcoming. They set you up with a card to swipe when you come in for your appt. Your name shows up on a screen in the waiting room and when it turns Green you go… in to the room where Dr. Adam is waiting. The great way that the whole clinic takes care of you from the initial assessments to the follow ups are amazing. Try them out I guarantee you will be happy you did.

Significant improvements in both my physical AND, mental states have happened in a short time.
