Can’t say enough good things about Craig Spicer and his assistant Janet. They were both fantastic and went above and beyond to get me into my mortgage. Craig is friendly, easy to talk to and knows all of the ins and outs of mortgages. They’re extremely good at what they do. Highly recommend Spicer Vo to anyone looking at getting a mortgage. John was excellent, especially as a first time home buyer! He was super understanding, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job of making the process as least stressful for us as we went through the process. He didn't hesitate to give us updates outside of his hours and John was working day & night it seemed to get right up until the day of the closing date. I definitely feel very knowledgeable of the mortgage process thanks to John! I definitely recommend John to anybody buying new or with experience!

Working with Craig is a true gift. If you are self-employed or a business owner, you have found the right place. Craig can crunch numbers for people who don't have a "paystub", uncover the best deals and guide you through the whole process. He does not give up until he has found the best deal for your particular situation. And... to top it off, he does it from an incredibly friendly approach.
