I really wanted to give this local business my support, but they haven’t seemed to be able to provide a quote for a single basement window for over two weeks. Is that normal? I don’t even need them to install it, I just need a darn window and I made it clear that I needed this as soon as possible (aka I don’t care how much it costs, just get me the window I need). I went into the office on June 15th asking for a simple quote for -one- basement egress window. I’ve called their office twice since to follow up, and they said they would get back to me. They called me last week asking if I wanted
