Services
We believe in providing high-quality, individualized care based on the patients' needs. The goal is that the overall experience is relaxing, therapeutic, and beneficial in the long term. Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine a system of healing designed to provide complete, holistic care. Holistic care is looking at the entire patient in all aspects of well-being, including physical, psychological, and spiritual.
Chinese Medicine, also called Traditional Chinese Medicine or TCM, is a holistic medicine that has been used for thousands of years in China. Acupuncture has helped Chinese Medicine become popular in Europe and North America, but the medicine actually includes a full range of different therapies and healing techniques.
Chinese medicine is the longest existing continuous medical system practiced in the world, with over 3000 years of history. It is a complete system of medicine with its own forms of diagnosis, treatment, prognosis, and therapies. As an energy-based medicine, Chinese Medicine holds that in order to maintain health, the body's energy or life force, called Qi, must be abundant and free-flowing throughout the channels (or meridians) of the body.
Cosmetic Acupuncture has been practiced for thousands of years in China. As early as the Sung Dynasty (960AD-1270AD), acupuncture rejuvenation practices were employed for the Empress and the Emperor's concubines. Chinese Medicine considers the face is the "flower" of the spirit. How we are able to express who we are is very quickly seen in the face.
Auricular acupuncture is a technique that has roots in Chinese Medicine, but was more recently rediscovered and greatly expanded by Paul Nogier in France in the 1950s. It uses the ear as a microsystem, a representation of the body, similar to the principles of reflexology. The technique can be used to treat different parts of the body by stimulating the corresponding point in the ear.

Alana has assisted me in eliminating chronic fatigue and chronic pain associated with severe CPTSD and trauma. Eight months ago I entered into her loving and safe environment desperately seeking a solution to decades of suffering, today I energetically continue along my path to healing with her guidance and assistance.
My quality of life factor is through the glass ceiling and beyond. I can never thank her enough, but I always know she is aware of my gratitude.

Alana is truly a blessing to our community. Especially the community of chronic pain sufferers. She helps us find the tools to gain acceptance and healing of all sorts of wounds. Physical, emotional and spiritual. Her healing space is warm, calming and inviting. She is well spoken and very intelligent. Amazing with children, speaking to their level in a way they will understand.
I recommend her to anyone seeking pain/stress relief or those with an interest in a holistic approach to life that need guidance!

I have been coming for a few months now and am really happy the progress on my issue. Alana is very good at explaining what she is doing and makes you feel comfortable with it. If you have never tried acupuncture, I think Alana is a great person to visit.

I don't usually write reviews, but here it goes. In the last couple months I've had my radial nerve pinched so basically I couldn't do anything with my left hand. As bad that I couldn't even lift a glass of water. My wrist was completely dropped and I couldn't lift it. It felt like it was paralysed. It felt like my thumb and my index finger were constantly numb. I had to stop working as a Nurse until I got the strength in my hand back.
So I randomly decided to start going toacupuncture treatments for the first time because I was desperate to have my hand working again! After the first treatment
