It is Wednesday november 13th when my alignment was scheduled. When I arrive to the shop their is no directive of what door to enter. I called on November 8th and scheduled the appointment today at 1pm . I arrived slightly early and the tech in the shop had no clue of this appointment today. Their was no notes or computerized documentation of this fact. Not impressed on the professionalism. Dont go here for a alignment. Safety hazards...

Booked an appointment a week or so in advance to have an alignment done and krown rust control applied on my vehicle. Left it at the garage first thing in the morning, then called them up in the afternoon to check on it - They told me that they weren't sure what exactly was causing the alignment issue, that they didn't have the parts or equipment to perform the alignment on my vehicle, and that they'd have to order them in if I wanted my vehicle aligned.
I wish they'd have told me that they didn't have the parts the week before when I told them the make and model of the vehicle in the first place
