At Sangster Law we take a very unique approach to our legal services. Our services are backed by William A. Sangster who offers over 35 years of legal experience in real estate, business, estate and wills, civil litigation, family and criminal law. He still assists our lawyers today which is an advantage that not every law firm has.

Liam M. Sangster was born in North Bay. He attended the Degroote School of Business in McMaster University and Obtained an Honours Bachelor of Commerce with a Minor in Economics. Upon graduating, he moved to Gold Coast, Australia and obtained his Juris Doctor (J.D) with Class B Honours in 2014. Liam practices in the areas of Real Estate, Corporate/Commercial, Civil Litigation, Family Law and Wills & Estate Law.

Sangster Law started practising law in 1978 when William A. Sangster first moved to North Bay. He came to North Bay from Hamilton, Ontario because he always loved Northern Ontario as a child. He worked with several lawyers from 1978 until 1990 when he opened his own firm in 1990. We are still located in his original building at 234 Main St. West.

Liam Sangster is a liar not a lawyer . He drags your case to charge legal aid and you . He makes a deal with the other party's lawyer and drives you crazy . Do not trust this fake guy . He sits in the court house and sends hearts and kisses to his special miserable who ever is outside of the court while you have relied on his help . After 14 months dragging my case still he would ask what the problem was about . He is a new milking liar who wants to get rich over night.
He has no attention,care , pride .
He is Fake . All he thinks about is milking you.
