I've dealt with Mike on numerous occasions over the years. Every time has been professional and he has taken the time to try and understand exactly the product I am looking for, and helps even further by making his own design and professional input. Mike is over the top professional designer. Very friendly and responsive, easy to talk to and even from half words he understood what my idea was.
