ExxonMobil was looking for solutions to prevent slips, trips and falls on their Hibernia platform in Eastern Canada. They selected Lea-Der as a supplier and installed 36 non-skid matting on the mezzanine deck. They also installed Lea-Der - supplied non-skid plates on all the stairs and matting on the rig floor.
Lea-Der matting warranty is two years from purchase date on manufacturing defect, wear and tear. Standard rig cleaning materials and procedures will ensure a long life for Lea-Der matting. Transportation and/or storage of Lea-Der matting is either flat or rolled not folded. Misuse and exposure to some chemical compounds may void warranty.
