The staff at Outlaw are very helpful and knowledgeable. The ride what they sell and they are enthusiastic about Powersports. One of the best Powersports dealers around.

Always great service when I come in to the store. I had a small issue with a motorcycle I bought and they fixed it right away and were gracious all through the process. Luc has always been awesome whenever I ask questions.

I have been dealing with Outlaw Motorsports since 2016 and they have always provided excellent service when working on my Polaris RZR. My most recent visit was in August 2021 to have a cab heater installed. Once again they did exemplary work, with attention to detail regarding the in-cab fittings they needed to install, as well as the mechanical fixtures, hoses etc that needed to be put in place. I will continue to come to Outlaw Motorsports to ensure I give my RZR the best of servicing.

When you are travelling long distances on your bike and you call 5 hours before close during peak season…… you don’t really expect to get in.
I called at 12 noon from Fairmont and they had me in at 4pm to tighten, clean, and lube my chain.
Ed helped me and was very polite and helpful. The ladies in parts were friendly…. And the boys upstairs even came and chatted about bikes while I waited. Anytime I’m riding through Kamloops I know where I’m going.

Outlaw provided exemplary customer service when I couldn't return to my original dealership for a warranty repair to my Polaris ranger due to wildfires. They ordered the parts got me in on priority basis and had me back on the road in no time. Thanks Ed and Darren. I'll be back.

I have recently become the owner of two Yamaha motorcycles. My early dealings with the people outlaw have been very positive. They seem to have a high level of customer service which is important to me. I had my first dealings with the service department and so far they have been positive. Definitely a huge improvement over RTR in Kamloops.

My daughter bought a bike here and the service was incredible! they got her all ready to ride it for her first time and taught her how to use the clutch smoothly, and when she dropped it 3 guys immediately went to help her. while she was driving it around the owner was standing at the top of the hill making sure she is alright and giving her more tips. nicest and most helpful for first time riders!

Great service and great experience. When the factory said: “the accessories are on back order for a minimum of two months” Outlaw Motorsports made the effort to pull in some favours and obtain the parts from other dealers. Without their initiative we would not have been able to effectively open our fishing lodge.

I have had two different machines in their shop four different times and I wasn't impressed with any of the experiences. They couldn't solve the problem I brought it in for, but you bet they charge for their time. I know you are only as good as your techs and yes they are human but so is the customer when it comes to paying for it.
Also in any of the times I had the atv/utv in their shop, they didn't call when it was done or even when it wasn't done or even with updates. Communication is a simple thing but a lot of businesses including this one struggles with it. Seems like

I paid a large amount of money for repairs to my dirt bike, but the next day it still had issues. It has been 2 months since I dropped off the dirt bike.
