Services
Our instructors are all registered and certified yoga teachers with the Canadian Yoga Alliance. Mentorship Program with Dana Santas (Yoga Expert - CNN Health, Mobility Trainer MLB, NHL, NBA, NFL) focused on assessing, correcting and creating appropriate yoga sequences for an individual or a group with a concentration on issues pertaining to hockey players, and goalies in particular.
For those new to yoga, this class is a great opportunity to discover the benefits of yoga! Gentle stretching with some exertion. Modifications of poses done to meet the ability. Vinyasa Flow and Hatha styles of yoga. A level up from beginner, for students who want to push themselves.
Using the knowledge gained in the beginner classes, continue to develop through learning to move with ease and grace through the Vinyasa Flow and various asanas (poses).Couples Yoga will bring a new awareness to your body.
