I Was recently in there looking around for a snow machine and didn't really know what I needed for my budget and needs and the sales person was absolutely amazing with showing me many affordable options . Its hard to find great customer service now days and I highly recommend this place for there great selection and service .

I was looking for a 25 hp Suzuki impeller kit. I was not impressed that the two on the front desk could not help me. Their comment was " Its not made anymore". I then requested the impeller only. Neither of the two could find what I required. Again their comment was it appears that the impeller is no longer made. I thanked them for their time went home and ordered it on Amazon. I was not impressed with the service.

Great customer service. My boat was showing a Check engine light so I called SBC. They said that they were booked solid and it might be weeks. (Shows that many people think well of them and go there) I asked for them to check the code and they agreed. I drove over with the boat expecting it to have to stay for a day or so. They took care of me immediately and cleared the code. Really appreciated that. Summer is short and I am back on the water!

Worst dealer in Northern Ontario. I could write a book on these clowns. Don't have any foresight or knowledge about Arcticcat snowmobiles, parts or accessories. Service is terrible, just awful. After purchasing a snowmobile and personal watercraft from them, it is my biggest regret. Worth the drive out of town to find better service and more competent staff.

They had my ATV for over 6 months. The picture attached speaks for itself. Asked them to check out the electrical, and this is after it was returned. This wasn't all of it either. Clearly they just want it in and out the door. I wish there was another Artic Cat dealer just so I didn't have to go back here.
