They will attempt to hide things that they have broken when they unload, and will deny that it was them who did it. I saw this on SEVERAL occasions. Document the condition of your items before they touch anything. Also document everything that you want moved, as sometimes things 'disappear'. If you are physically capable, renting a U-haul or a van from Discount will be cheaper. Stay far far away.
