Work N Wear was started in 1975 by Mr Aziz Hashmani. Mr Hashmani was a skilled contractor and a plumber by trade. Working in the industry he realized that tradesmen need a one stop shop for work wear, safety boots and work gloves. Mr Hashmani opened his first location in 1975 at 1944 Danforth Ave. Over the last 44 years Work N Wear has grown to five locations across Ontario.

Great customer service! I purchased 2 pairs of boots at a great price. The boots were late so I called customer service who explained the boots were on backorder. I thought no problem, they're giving me a fantastic price. When I did receive the boots, there was a pack of face masks in the box which was a nice touch, but also I found a six-pack of Dickie socks there also. Very generous!

I shopped online, and was fortunate to find Work n Wear when searching Google for a specific pair of Baffin Barrow -100C Safety Boots. Obviously I clicked in for the great price, but I opted to do business with them because 1) they were family owned and operated, and in this pandemic, that was important. 2) I asked an email question about sizing… and exchange, later one evening, and got a speedy and helpful response. I purchased on a Monday morning and had them on my husband's feet by Wednesday afternoon . They processed and shipped my purchase immediately and Canadapost was on the ball
