Bought a Queen Size mattress and box spring. Had it delivered and phoned an hour later to get it out and give me a refund. The box spring was making a terrible noise. The manager showed up and said the box spring wood was warped. Also was quoted the mattress had springs but turned out it was all foam. Not to happy. Worst part is got rid of my old mattress set. Thanks CJ Mulholland.ZZZZ

I purchased a mattress back in 2018 and over the years it started to break down and lose its firmness. Luckily they were willing to let me drop it off so they could repair it. It was dropped off one morning & they decided that it was better to just make a brand new one there on the spot. I slept on a brand new mattress that night and only paid a repair fee. I was quite happy with how nice the new mattress is and also how quick they were to fix the situation.

We have yet to sleep on the mattress and box spring we purchased. So I'm not sure what it will be like but it does seam nice. I wish I could say as much for the service. My wife and i went to the store and could not find a sales person. We need to find another work that had to go in the back to get her. A older lady came out from the back not wearing a mask, on the door says masks must be worn. You could tell that she was not impressed that we were even there as when we explain what we wanted. Great store great deal of products on display to try out. Staff are great very friendly and helpful. They know their stuff 100%. Highly recommended. Custom build and orders and delivery. Shopped around but went back for quality and assurance. I know a number of businesses that use the store and they give me a great review as well. Cliff and Barb are super. This is a long overdue review on a queen size mattress with topper and a brown leather couch I purchased back in January of this year. To give a honest review of both pieces, I waited this long. I love my mattress. It's perfect and comfy for me; not too hard at all since I need firm support this mattress does it. I can sleep a long time and I wouldn't wake up sore; it's very comfortable!😁. As for my leather couch it's taking time to soften up but I have fallen asleep on it many times so I guess I'm working it in😉. I've received compliments on it so that's a good thing..Merry Christmas and

The BEST experience I think I've ever had shopping for anything!
Great kid station with crayons, toys, rocking horse so I could focus on shopping. Prices are good. Barb was extremely helpful. She really went above and beyond to ensure I was 110% satisfied. My son LOVED seeing all the springs, foam, etc on how the mattresses are made.
This is the only place I will ever go to buy a mattress. They also sell sofa beds and some regular couches.

We visited here about a year ago to investigate a planned bed & mattress purchase. Even though we arrived before the posted store hours, the door was open and we were met shortly by Barb, the Operations Manager. She showed us around the store and showed us what we wanted to see. Recently, we returned to purchase and the experience was similar - arriving at store opening we were again quickly met by Barb. Based on our requirements, she recommended a specific mattress and that is what we ordered. We also purchased 2 L&P adjustable beds to put the mattresses on.
