After struggling to get a hold of cunning on multiple occasions and trying to get a follow up, eventually Jason from cunning was out to replace the fan motor on our heat pump. He was professional and answered all our questions and even provided suggestions for future upgrades. Unfortunately because the previous owner of the home did not register the warranty, we were going to have to pay $480 to have a fan motor replaced. The fact that the customer has to warranty the part and not the company themselves that is selling the products is ridiculous. Cunning should be registering each of their installs
