I’ve been Dr. Trinh’s client for the last 6 years. He’s thorough, kind and takes his time to answer questions. I had an eye issue and was able to see him the following day. Luckily it wasn’t anything serious and Dr. Trinh calmed my fears.

Been going to Dr Trinh's office for many years, and just recently went after Stage 2 opened up for York Region. They have taken extra safety measures to keep it clean (which it already was) but I appreciate the extra measures. Didn't have any issues booking an appointment either. Very nice staff and they have new sunglass options which I purchased and love! Thanks so much guys!

I've been wearing glasses since the 4th grade and met a lot of people trying to gouge for the most money as possible. Dr. Trinh has really helped me understand what's a scam and what I really need to help my eyes. Getting into the world of contacts is not easy for a kid and he really explained thoroughly which brand and type is the best for me. He also booked another session to make sure my eyes were responding well to the new contacts. I didn't even have to ask or worry during the whole process.

I really like to front desk staff as they help you figure out the insurance claim

I had a little bit of a medical emergency and need to see my eye doctor ASAP! I called her to find out she was on medical leave. I was frantically trying to find somewhere to go because I had been going to the same eye doctor for 15 years!

Luckily i remembered Heritage Eye Care. It is conveniently located at the corner of Markham Road & 16th Avenue. With all the traffic going on at that intersection, you can't miss it while you're waiting for the light to change. Even better for me, it was a very short 7-8 minute drive from my house. I called to see if i could get an appointment

I haven't gone to get my eyes checked in a such a long time. This place was close to where I lived and the reviews seemed good so i decided to go. I had a great experience. Dr. Trinh was great at what he was doing. Very patient, encouraging since i was bit nervous and outgoing. Made the session very comfortable. He was willing to explain my situation very clearly and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend him to anyone.

I have never written a google review before but Dr. Trinh's outstanding customer service has compelled me to do so for the first time. Not only is Dr. Trinh an excellent optometrist who really takes his time to find out what the problem is with your eyes and how best to address them, but he truly goes above and beyond all expectations to ensure you leave his clinic, a happy patient! His clinic has also followed up with me, months later, to ensure I was happy and has quickly scheduled me in for complimentary follow-ups, when I have indicated the slightest concern. Switching to Dr. Trinh as my optometrist

Staff was quick to greet me and help me get settled into my appointment, on time unlike other offices I've been to. Had my eyes checked by Dr Trinh, who was really nice and knowledgeable. They also have a nice selection of frames that's suitable for everyone.

I have been seeing Dr. Trinh for about six years now and he has been nothing but fabulous! He never rushes an appointment with me and takes the time to ask me how I am doing and how my life is going. He is very friendly and always very encouraging when I tell him my life goals. I definitely recommend going to see him!

I have been getting my eyes checked here for 2 years now and I have to say the doctors are great. The receptionists are really friendly compared to many clinics I've visited before, and the doctors take their time to explain everything to you and don't try to rush you out. There are magazines to read and toys for kids to play with while you wait. The place feels very clean and professional. I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for an optometrist in this area!

I happened to visit this place when my eye had an infection last year and it is very close to where I live. The staff in here are very helpful and service was promptly. The ladies in the reception acknowledge me as I walked in and guided me through right away. The appointment was on time. Price was average to me. Dr Trinh was the one who took care of me and he was very patient. I asked him many eye related questions and he would answer them all. That is the reason why I went back when my eye was not feeling well few weeks ago and also had my eye exam done there last week. I highly recommend this
