Not impressed. When expressed fear of dental offices & have never been to one due to poverty growing up, the dentist proceeded to shame. Received a different one later on. There was no cavities, isn't that great? Half a year later, I get a phone call about a root canal that WAS NOT SCHEDULED, OR NECESSARY. The only thing mentioned in the first appointment was A ROUTINE CLEANING.
But thanks for the discount you gave out. That's about it. Won't be back.

Excellent experience from this dentist office. Dentist is very patient and professional as well as caring. Staff is kind and polite especially respectful. The dentist assistant with the arm tattoo is my favorite I trust her and not too many dentist offices hire people with tattoos that show on their body. I wish more dentist office were like peral dentist; patient, understanding, hiring awesome assistants and their remarkable desk staff thank you for all you have done

I was finally all moved into Brantford and received a flyer for this dental office. So I gave them a call and boy am I happy I did. I've never received a cleaning to this level before. Not much discomfort and my teeth were left very clean. I highly recommend this office. The professionalism, and caliber of skilled staff proved to be an exceptional choice .
Looking forward to my next visit and I hate the dentist. LOL

After going to a different dentist for years and never was happy with the outcome, I decided to try pearl dental. They took me in right away and so overyly friendly especially Tina who greets you with a big smile when you go there and she is so good at her job, and I have to especially thank Dr.Jay for giving me back my smile which I thought I would never get back. The work I wanted done to my teeth, the other dentist said it was impossible but Dr. Jay made it possible. I would always be grateful for Dr. Jay and he will be the only dentist that will work on my teeth

What a wonderful service they have. First of all you are greeted by a cheerful Tina. She is always VERY accommodating for our appointments. Dr.Ali is so patient with our daughter he makes going to the dentist a holiday. He does excellent work. My children are no longer scared to go to the dentist as in previous times with our old dentist. Keep up the good work 👌😊.

I went to Pearl today for the first time today, as my own dentist is yet to be open for all regular services. As I had put off having a cavity filled for 8 mths., I figured I needed to get it done asap. I do not have any insurance, so I was absolutely thrilled to hear that they could help me out somewhat with the cost of treatment:) The experience was amazing! - the hygienist was wonderful and very pleasant, as was the receptionist, and the dentist himself was so efficient and good at what he does! I wasn't nervous at all! Their Covid safety measures are top notch as well! They were so good, that

I don't usually do reviews but I had such a great experience, I wanted to share. I found the front desk to be extremely helpful. She went out of her way to find out all about my insurance as I explained I need to stay within our plan as I really dont have the extra money right now. The hygienist I saw was very gentle and so was the Dentist who did my fillings. I felt very relaxed, they all seem to enjoy what they do and it really made a difference for a nervous patient like me.
