Ordered a washer & dryer and did not receive until 21 months later. Yes, 21 months. Nearly two years.
Ordered a fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave in March, was told all pieces except the fridge were in at the store to later to be told both the fridge and stove were not available in August. Ended up having to go with a mismatched set at an additional cost of $500. No communication whatsoever from the company with any order updates.
Was promised delivery of all the mismatched pieces on the same day. They did not deliver one of the pieces and said nothing about it. Called and they guaranteed

My landlord ordered a stove for delivery today to my address. I waited home all day but the stove never arrived. My landlord provided me me the telephone number of the delivery people to call 2 hours after their scheduled delivery time. They told me that they had been here already . I have a security camera at my front door that assures me that no one has been here all day. I called the store to attempt to reschedule and they indicated it would take another full week to be delivered due to incompetence on their end even though I have already thrown out my stove this morning. said "get creative

Well as usual it happened unexpectedly, we needed a new washer and dryer and we thought we would go with north end appliance because we heard good things and they service what they sell and this was very important to me. After purchasing, delivery and set up I had some questions why my 5 day old Maytag washer/dryer wasn't performing (drying) like the sweet talking salesman promised.

For a place that does a lot of local advertising, the person that I assume is the owner certainly isn't a very friendly person. Perhaps he should consider taking a customer service course or just generally learn how to treat customers like respected fellow human beings. This guy comes across and crusty, grumpy and is rather condescending. The woman who works here, Sue I believe is way for friendly than the old dude. Hopefully his lack of respect doesn't rub off on her.

I thought I would give North End Appliance another try as I had moved and needed new appliances. I went into their store and could not find anything that would work in my townhouse. The sizes wouldn't work and I couldn't get matching appliances. So I did give them another chance but it was a no go. I believe In reviews and I use them all of the time. If I'm happy and I can find what I'm looking for and it gives me a long good service I am over the moon. I make sure to write a review and if I'm happy I make sure that is reflected in my review. If I could give zero stars I would. They helped me pick out a kitchen set and they suggested a Maytag gas range and oven combo. When I tried to use the Aqualift self cleaning feature it didn't work at all. I googled this Aqualift cleaning feature to find out that they are involved in a class action lawsuit as it is not a self cleaning oven at all. North End is supposed to be appliance specialists and knowingly sold me an oven with a faulty / non functional self cleaning. As well, when they promised installation of the appliances they charged an extra 400 dollars. When I argued that I had spent
