I would 100% recommend this place. I got my windshield replaced and they provided me with outstanding customer service. They even got my insurance to help cover the cost which cut it in almost half the price! They were genuinely very nice people to deal with. I am very satisfied with my experience! :)

Terrible service ..... I had to have the windshield replaced on my brand new car ....only 400 kms... He put 2 dents in the front fender .... Completely denied any responsibility for it... It was a brand new car .... Zero dents .... He was arrogant and not helpful in any way.... I will / would never recommend them ... Go elsewhere

They did a good job installing my windshield, but absolutely blew up the customer service side of things when we discovered that they scratched our vehicle.
Owner absolutely refused to accept responsibility, and argued that we couldn’t prove his staff did it. Not only that, but tried to compare the situation to damage while parking your vehicle at a mall, in a family member’s driveway, etc; without addressing that he had care and control of our vehicle when the damage occurred. Even tried to tell me that his parking lot was a public space until I reminded him that he had signs marking “authorized

I called both glass locations in Pembroke, my insurance recommended speedy so I called them first, they ended up forgetting about my inquiry for a window then wanted to call me back for a third time after 4 days. I called banana and within 10 minutes I had an appointment time to get my window fixed. When I showed up to their store they were very friendly and very quick. If you need a window replaced in the petawawa Pembroke area, this is the place to go.

They were friendly and quick. I thought that being quick was great at the time of having a windshield chip filled. The end result was very... Warped and patchy looking. After very little time (days) whatever is used to fill the chip separated at the very center of it and it's more of an annoyance now than it was when it was just a chip.

I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN, I fully support small local business , but I expect integrity and honesty. I had my windshield replace in February and the mirror fell off in May taking with it a large chunk of the glass from the wind shield . The owner blamed my kids saying they must have pulled on it .. only problem I don't have kids. when I told him this he said well hed never seen this happen before and I must have done it.. BS. They are willing to re glue the mirror back on .. for $15.00 but that doesn't fix the integrity of the glass or the hole if I want the windshield replaced its
