Lots of my clothing staples are dry clean-only, so I've been making regular trips here every few months. Turnaround time is within the week and no issues at all with the service. I appreciate that they let me return the hangars and bags. I've had pants hemmed here as well and the stitching is done to my satisfaction. Prices are very reasonable too.

I have had nothing but great service here. Whether it be dry cleaning or alternations, I have always been happy with the service. The turn around time is super quick (even same day at times!) and fair priced. We are all trying to do our part and support local businesses and restaurants by getting take-out or a curb-side pickup during this challenging time, let's not forget about our dry cleaners and tailors. With work from home and events cancelled, their business is suffering a lot, too. Do some spring/summer cleaning - gets those quilts cleaned, dry clean your winter jackets before putting them

I went to Morgan Heights Cleaners and had a great experience there. I spoke with Shabahat,, and he was more than accommodating! While I was inside, several other customers came to pick up their items and were all very happy with the service they received. I highly recommend Morgan Heights Cleaners to anyone in the South Surrey area! Aside from the great work they do there, the atmosphere is pleasant and the customer service is great. Highly recommend.

Best dry cleaners in the Lower Mainland. Nice, local, family owned business. They are professional, dependable and provide amazing service. The place is always busy. They also do alterations and clothing repairs and everything is always top notch. I feel like the negative reviews on here come from unrealistic customers and maybe even competition? They are the best :)

Absolutely horrible service. DO NOT GO HERE. Dropped off my new pair of pants (never even worn) and asked for the hem to be let out -- I'm almost 6' and often need the hem of my pants let out. I picked up my pants and brought them home only to find out, they did not let out my hem, they CUT OFF 2" and now the pants are ruined.

I called the store and spoke to a male who stated they were the owner and told me to bring them back in. I brought the pants back in and the woman who helped me originally was there. I explained the circumstances and she was rude and continually argued with

I've been going to Morgan Heights Cleaners for years for all of my dry cleaning and alterations. I have not had a bad experience yet, and they've been able to get everything done on time even when I've need things done on very short notice.

I made the mistake of dropped off my wedding gown for cleaning before reading any reviews and I will NEVER come back here.
I went to pick up the dress a week after it was supposed to be ready, and was advised that my gown was not on the premises, and was not ready yet. They were supposed to call me the following week to come pick it up
Two more weeks passed and I had not heard from them, so I called and was informed that they have been waiting for special authority to try to remove a stain. When I asked why they hadn't called to let me know, the woman's response was "Sorry, I forgot

I would never recommend this cleaner. They are incredibly rude (the old woman who does the alterations), said all Indian garments were poorly made and could care less if you come back or not. Initially I had gone in for a minor repair on a dress and this was done horribly so I had to take it elsewhere. Since there aren't many options in the area I had dropped off the same dress for drycleaning and when I returned to pick-up it had not even been sent out. Quite honestly I am surprised she is still in business with her disgusting attitude!

My review is almost identical to the previous person who posted. The first red flag of this place is the odor of the shop. It smells musty and dirty like an old vintage store with old clothes.

Long story short is that my clothing did not come back to me clean. The original stain was still there. I explained this to the owner and he said that we never guarantee that a stain can be removed. I would have been ok with taking that risk if this point had been explained to me when I dropped off my garment which was not the case.

The owners (husband and wife) didn't care to listen, were defensive

It's late in prom season, and I needed my dress altered to be shorter as it was too long for me. I was recommended by a friend for the alteration place across from Winners and assumed this one was it, not the one further down. I went in and I told them I wanted it shorter all around, get rid of the train behind me. I returned on the set date to find the train still on my dress. We had them pin up the back and came back a few days later when it was supposed to be done, to find it still had pins in it and had not been touched. We left, and my Dad, tired of this game just brought it home. I tried

I recently took a handful of clothes to this location. It always seems really busy so didn't look up reviews before coming here.
When I received my clothes back a week later the stains I had pointed out were still on my clothes and the minor alterations I had requested were horribly done.
For example, a pocket I requested to be fixed was just completely sewn up.
I don't plan on returning to this location, very disappointing to have to take my "freshly" dry cleaned clothes to another dry cleaners to have them wash it and to re-repair my alterations.
